On the cusp of a big idea
Thank you for reading this blog. My name is Tim Buesing and I am currently Group Design Director at Fjord, part of Accenture Interactive.
Originally from Hamburg, Germany, I have been working in Australia and New Zealand for the last 12 years. My work and thinking is documented in these clusters of videos:
I have enjoyed helping the industry and writing on creative and strategic matters by being a member of Creative Social, an editor of Adverblog and writing for the Australian creative community in various instances (e.g. Australian Design Radio AustralianInFront. TheDesignKids). Speaking and MC-ing at conferences and judging in award shows goes hand in hand with supporting digital creative education. There are few more social links in my about.me profile
I understand myself to be in the field of “creating interestingness” by mixing digital with traditional channels. My daily work is also about change and how people can be led to do things differently – and enjoy it. This blog is a place where I write about how there is a lot of space between (the computer bits of) 0 and 1. And how they again change a lot of other non-digital bits.
All posts on this personal blog are my own views and do not necessarily reflect the position of my past or my current employer (Accenture). If you want to get in touch with me, please use tbuesing as an alias and add gmail as a domain.
