Thank you for reading this blog. My name is Tim Buesing and I am a Creative Director with a digital background.
Originally from Hamburg, Germany, I have been working in Sydney for the last 9 years and am currently at Reactive (part of Accenture Interactive). My most recent work (since 2006) is documented in these three groups of videos on Vimeo:
I have enjoyed being a member of Creative Social for the last 9 years, and am an editor of Adverblog, a marketing and advertising blog currently ranked among the Top 30 in the world. I also write for Australian creative community site AustralianInFront. Speaking at conferences and judging in award shows goes hand in hand with supporting digital creative education at e.g. University of Sydney, BillyBlue or Tractor Design School. There are few more social links in my about.me profile
I understand myself to be in the field of “creating interestingness” by mixing digital with traditional channels. My daily work is also about change and how people can be led to do things differently – and enjoy it. This blog, Adverblog, AustralianInFront and our Reactive blog are places where I write about how there is a lot of space between (the computer bits of) 0 and 1. And how they again change a lot of other non-digital bits.
All posts on this personal blog are my own views and do not necessarily reflect the position of my past or my current employer (Accenture). If you want to get in touch with me, please use tbuesing and add @gmail as an email address.
